Delete your JourneyMemo account

You can permanently delete your JourneyMemo account and associated cloud data directly in the app.

Delete from the app

Open JourneyMemo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings, then Account.
Select Delete account and data and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the app

Email the address below from the email used for your JourneyMemo account. Use the subject “Delete my JourneyMemo account and cloud data.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You can remove individual photos, journal entries, visits, or saved places directly in JourneyMemo while keeping your account active. Open the relevant place, visit, journal entry, or photo, choose Delete, and confirm. The selected item and its associated cloud copy are permanently removed during synchronization.

Data that is deleted

Your JourneyMemo authentication account and user profile.
Saved places, travel dates, notes, journal entries, ratings, plans, and settings stored with the account.
Photos and thumbnails uploaded to JourneyMemo cloud storage.
Server-side quota and account state associated with the account.

Retention

Deletion is permanent. Data may remain for a limited time in encrypted service backups or security records where retention is required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service recovery, and is removed according to the provider retention cycle. Data that is not associated with your JourneyMemo account is not affected.

Hesabını kapatmadan yalnızca belirli fotoğrafları, günlük kayıtlarını, ziyaretleri veya kayıtlı yerleri de ilgili içeriği açıp Sil seçeneğini onaylayarak kaldırabilirsin. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesabında kullandığın e-posta adresinden support@lumatra.io adresine “JourneyMemo hesabımı ve bulut verilerimi silin” konulu bir istek gönder.
